<li><strong>Spend $20.00 or more</strong> at any retail or entertainment establishment at PH Megapolis Outlets Panama, including the food and beverage venues of the mall, Decapolis Hotel and Megapolis Hotel.</li>
<li>The minimum amount must appear on <strong>a single tax invoice</strong> from the store where you shopped.</li>
<li><strong>Register your invoice within 30 days</strong> of the purchase. After that period the invoice is void for entry.</li>
<li>Visit the <strong>redemption points</strong> inside the mall with your invoice and receive your coupon.</li>
<li>Fill in your details on the coupon and drop it into the <strong>urns</strong> located inside PH Megapolis Outlets Panama.</li>

<h2>Can invoices be combined?</h2>
<p>No. Tax invoices <strong>cannot be combined</strong>, with one exception: purchases made at Barbology, Planet Point, Pashe and the food and beverage venues located at PH Megapolis Outlets Panama do add up.</p>

<p>The winner's details will be announced <strong>twice</strong>. After each announcement there is a <strong>3-minute</strong> wait for the winner to claim the prize. If no one comes forward within that time, the coupon is discarded and another is drawn until a winner is found.</p>
<p>Coupons are validated <strong>only with an original identity document</strong>: national ID for citizens, passport or residence card for foreign nationals. The claim must be made in person and cannot be made by a third party under any circumstance.</p>

<h3>Validity</h3>
<p>Promotion valid from September 11, 2026 to January 24, 2027. Approved by the Gaming Control Board (JCJ), Resolution No. MEF-RES-2026-3055.</p>
<h3>How to get a coupon</h3>
<p>For a minimum purchase of twenty US dollars (US$ 20.00) at any of the retail, food and beverage, or entertainment establishments located in P.H. MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, including the CIAO, SUSHIBAR and PETIT BISTRO restaurants at Decápolis Hotel and Megapolis Hotel. The minimum purchase must be recorded on a single fiscal invoice issued by the store where it was made; the customer then receives one coupon to take part in an in-person raffle.</p>
<h3>Double coupon</h3>
<p>Customers who purchase at COFFE SHOP EXPRESSO, HARD ROCK CAFÉ PANAMÁ, TRAVEL OUTLET STORE or EL AMIR restaurant/bar are entitled to a double coupon. Coupon duplication is not cumulative and applies to only one of the purchase methods that grant it.</p>
<h3>Combining invoices</h3>
<p>Fiscal invoices cannot be combined, except for purchases made at BARBOLOGY, PLANET POINT, PASHE and the food and beverage outlets located in PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMÁ.</p>
<h3>Date, time and place of the raffle</h3>
<p>The in-person raffle will be held at the Outdoor Plaza of PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, located in front of Hotel Decápolis, starting at six thirty in the evening (6:30 p.m.) on January twenty-fourth (24), two thousand twenty-seven (2027).</p>
<h3>Draw mechanics</h3>
<p>During the raffle two (2) calls will be made announcing the details of the winning coupon, and three (3) minutes will be allowed after the call for the selected person to formally claim the prize. Once those three (3) minutes have elapsed without the selected person coming forward, the coupon is discarded and another coupon is drawn until a winner is obtained.</p>
<h3>Validating the winning coupon</h3>
<p>At the time of the raffle, a coupon can only be validated as the winner upon presentation of the original personal identity document: the national ID card (cédula) for nationals, and the passport or residence card for foreign nationals.</p>
<h3>Claiming the prize</h3>
<p>The prize must be claimed in person by the winner and may not be claimed by third parties under any circumstances, as it is reserved solely for persons with legal capacity to act.</p>
