Validity

Promotion valid from September 11, 2026 to January 24, 2027. Approved by the Gaming Control Board (Junta de Control de Juegos) under Resolution No. MEF-RES-2026-3055.

Who may enter

Any natural person, national or foreign, of legal age.

How to get a coupon

For a minimum purchase of twenty US dollars (US$ 20.00) at any of the retail and entertainment establishments located in P.H. MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, including the food and beverage venues of PH Megapolis Outlets Panama, Decápolis Hotel and Megapolis Hotel. The minimum purchase must be recorded on a single fiscal invoice issued by the store where it was made.

The customer must register the fiscal invoice within thirty (30) days of the purchase. If it is not registered within that period, the invoice is void or cancelled for entry purposes.

The customer receives one (1) coupon indicating the details to be filled in —name, national ID or passport, phone, address and email— with which they may take part in an in-person raffle.

To obtain coupons, the customer must go to the redemption points located in PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA with the qualifying fiscal invoice. Coupons must be deposited in the urns located inside PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA.

Double coupon

Customers who purchase at COFFE SHOP EXPRESSO, HARD ROCK CAFÉ PANAMÁ, TRAVEL OUTLET STORE, EL AMIR restaurant/bar, PIZZA E PASTA, ARROZ CON TODO, BIG BITE, COLOMBIA CO, CIAO, SUSHIBAR and PETIT BISTRO at Decápolis Hotel and Megapolis Hotel are entitled to a double coupon upon presenting a fiscal invoice of twenty balboas (B/.20.00) or more.

Coupon duplication is not cumulative and applies to only one of the purchase methods that grant it.

Combining invoices

Fiscal invoices cannot be combined, except for purchases made at BARBOLOGY, PLANET POINT, PASHE and the food and beverage outlets located in PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMÁ.

Date, time and place of the raffle

The commercial promotion begins upon approval of the Resolution by the Gaming Control Board and ends with an in-person raffle on January twenty-fourth (24), two thousand twenty-seven (2027), at six thirty in the evening (6:30 p.m.), at the Outdoor Plaza of PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, located in front of Hotel Decápolis, Avenida Balboa, Bella Vista township, city and province of Panama.

On that day participants may redeem coupons until five thirty in the afternoon (5:30 p.m.) and deposit them in the urns until six in the evening (6:00 p.m.). Once the urn is sealed, the in-person raffle begins at six thirty in the evening (6:30 p.m.).

Selecting the winner

During the raffle two (2) calls will be made announcing the winner's details, and three (3) minutes will be allowed after the call for the selected person to formally claim the prize. Once those three (3) minutes have elapsed without the selected person coming forward, the coupon is discarded and another coupon is drawn until a winner is obtained.

Validating the winning coupon

At the time of the raffle, a coupon can only be validated as the winner upon presentation of the original personal identity document: the national ID card (cédula) for nationals, and the passport or residence card for foreign nationals.

Coupons without a national ID, permanent residence card or passport number, without the special stamp of PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, or that are damaged, illegible, crossed out, coloured in or erased do not apply and will be discarded. Coupons bearing marks, stickers or other markings will be voided.

Claiming the prize

The prize must be claimed in person by the winner and may not be claimed by third parties under any circumstances, as it is reserved solely for persons with legal capacity to act.

The prize is delivered on the day of the raffle. It is non-transferable and cannot be negotiated or exchanged for any other form of compensation.

The prize

One (1) winner of a MERCEDES-BENZ GLA 220 4MATIC 2027, mountain grey, SUV, petrol, valued at FORTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED US DOLLARS AND 00/100 (US$ 44,900.00, ITBMS included).

PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA is not responsible for processing the licence plate, insurance and/or vehicle registration of the prize car. Any matter relating to the specifications and/or warranty of the prize is the exclusive responsibility of its supplier. The car colour shown in the graphic advertising is for reference only.

The winner releases PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA and AUTOMOTORA AUTOSTAR, S.A. from liability if the car has some mileage on it at the time of acquisition.

Who may not enter

Staff of PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, of its retail establishments and restaurants, of Decápolis Hotel, Megapolis Hotel or of the POSPER PANAMA print shop may not take part in this commercial promotion.

Purchases that do not qualify

This promotion does not apply to payments for public utilities, banks, cable television or internet, insurance companies, remittances, real estate matters, merchandise instalments, clubs, memberships, monthly plans, registrations, vitamin products, supplements and/or similar items; nor to purchases made by companies, legal entities and/or natural persons for hotel accommodation or events at the Megapolis Hotel, Megapolis Convention Center and/or Decápolis Hotel.

Coupons

A total of one hundred fifty thousand (150,000) coupons will be printed for this commercial promotion, produced by Posper Panama, located at Centennial, Centro Plaza, unit 10, Panama, phone +507 382 3700, email ventas@posperpanama.com, website www.posperpanama.com, tax ID No. 1220535-1-586334.

Other provisions

Any irregularity detected, in the broadest sense, in the process of this promotion entitles the sponsor to suspend it in whole or in part, without incurring any liability for such suspension.

The commercial promotion will be advertised in nationally circulated press publications, without prejudice to the sponsor freely choosing any other advertising or non-advertising medium to promote it.
