How to get a coupon

For a minimum purchase of twenty US dollars (US$ 20.00) at any of the retail, food and beverage, or entertainment establishments located in P.H. MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, including the CIAO, SUSHIBAR and PETIT BISTRO restaurants at Decápolis Hotel and Megapolis Hotel. The minimum purchase must be recorded on a single fiscal invoice issued by the store where it was made; the customer then receives one coupon to take part in an in-person raffle.

Double coupon

Customers who purchase at COFFE SHOP EXPRESSO, HARD ROCK CAFÉ PANAMÁ, TRAVEL OUTLET STORE or EL AMIR restaurant/bar are entitled to a double coupon. Coupon duplication is not cumulative and applies to only one of the purchase methods that grant it.

Combining invoices

Fiscal invoices cannot be combined, except for purchases made at BARBOLOGY, PLANET POINT, PASHE and the food and beverage outlets located in PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMÁ.

Date, time and place of the raffle

The in-person raffle will be held at the Outdoor Plaza of PH MEGAPOLIS OUTLETS PANAMA, located in front of Hotel Decápolis, starting at six thirty in the evening (6:30 p.m.) on January twenty-fourth (24), two thousand twenty-seven (2027).

Draw mechanics

During the raffle two (2) calls will be made announcing the details of the winning coupon, and three (3) minutes will be allowed after the call for the selected person to formally claim the prize. Once those three (3) minutes have elapsed without the selected person coming forward, the coupon is discarded and another coupon is drawn until a winner is obtained.

Validating the winning coupon

At the time of the raffle, a coupon can only be validated as the winner upon presentation of the original personal identity document: the national ID card (cédula) for nationals, and the passport or residence card for foreign nationals.

Claiming the prize

The prize must be claimed in person by the winner and may not be claimed by third parties under any circumstances, as it is reserved solely for persons with legal capacity to act.
